Nothing is paid until you have spoken and agreed the dates. £326 a night, £347 on Fridays and Saturdays. Three weeknights are £978; 10% off a week or more, 12% off 28 nights or more. A dog is £150 a stay, and nothing else is added. Stays of 3 nights or more (2 for arrivals within 3 weeks). We reply within 12 hours. Once agreed, 20% secures the dates and the rest is due 28 days before arrival (all of it for a sooner arrival), with a £150 damage deposit refunded within 7 days of the stay. Cancelling: more than 28 days before arrival, the deposit is kept; 15-28 days before, 50% of the total is kept; 8-14 days before, 75% of the total is kept; later, 100% of the total is kept; refunded if the dates re-let, up to what was paid; full refund if the owners cancel.

- **What is provided?** Bedding, towels, bathrobes, beach towels, toiletries, Wi-Fi, a full kitchen with coffee pods, and a welcome hamper with eggs from our hens and produce in season.
- **Is there parking?** Yes, free: 3 cars at the lodge, with more space on the nursery.
- **Is there Wi-Fi and TV?** Fast Wi-Fi throughout. A 50-inch smart TV in the lounge (Netflix, Disney+, Prime Video) and a 40-inch smart TV in every bedroom.
- **Is it step-free?** Inside is all on one level, with a large wet room and widened doorways. There are 2 steps to the front door; we put a ramp down on request.
- **How do we get there without a car?** Goring-by-Sea station is 1.5 miles away (about 30 minutes on foot); Angmering station is 1.9 miles.
- **How many people does it sleep?** Up to 6, in two king-size bedrooms and a twin room. A travel cot and highchair are free on request.
- **Is the hot tub private? Does it cost extra?** It is private to the lodge, under its own covered gazebo in your garden, and included in the price. You can use it in the rain.
- **Check-in and check-out?** Check-in from 3pm, check-out by 10am. Self check-in with a lockbox. Ask us if you need other times.
- **Can we bring a dog?** Yes. We accept one small, well-behaved dog.
- **How far is the beach?** About 10 minutes by car, or about 40 minutes on foot (1.7 miles, mostly flat).
